Terms for Dealership Engine pilots.

Dealership Engine is a product of AreaNova Group LLC. These terms describe the diagnostic pilot and public website. They do not replace a signed customer agreement.

Read-only diagnostic use

The pilot is designed to review dealership-provided exports and produce a manager worklist. It is not designed to write back into a DMS, CRM, lender system, website, or customer communication channel during the diagnostic pilot.

Estimates and approvals

Any pricing, payment, funding, or gross-impact output is an estimate for manager review. Dealership Engine does not issue lender approvals, final credit decisions, buyer's orders, or legal compliance determinations.

Manager control

Dealership managers remain responsible for every customer-facing action, price decision, credit discussion, delivery decision, and buyer communication.

No fabricated proof

Public pages may show sample data or pilot-readiness language. AreaNova Group LLC does not claim certifications, dealer results, rooftops, logos, or testimonials unless those are explicitly published with permission.
