How pilot data is handled.

Dealership Engine is a product of AreaNova Group LLC. The 30-day diagnostic pilot is intentionally read-only and designed to operate without DMS integration credentials.

Read-only exports

Inventory, CRM, pricing, and deal data should be supplied as exports or reports. The pilot does not require write access.

No shopper contact

The system does not email, text, call, or otherwise contact shoppers during the diagnostic pilot.

No writeback

The pilot does not update DMS, CRM, lender, website, or accounting systems.

No lender approval claims

The diagnostic board can flag funding risk for manager review, but it does not make or imply lender approvals.

Conservative deletion

Storage scope and deletion timing are confirmed before pilot data is reviewed. The default posture is minimum useful retention.

Manager approval

Every recommended action is for dealership manager review before any operational or customer-facing step.

Sample first

The public board uses sample data so dealers can understand the workflow before supplying private exports.
