Privacy and pilot data boundaries.
Information collected
The contact form may collect dealership name, role, rooftop count, primary operating leak, current systems, and preferred contact information. Pilot data may include read-only exports supplied by the dealership for diagnostic review.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to pilot requests, prepare sample manager worklists, and evaluate whether the 30-day diagnostic changes daily dealership behavior.
What the pilot does not do
The diagnostic pilot does not require DMS credentials, does not write back to dealer systems, does not contact shoppers, and does not make lender approval claims.
Retention
Pilot data should be scoped before the review begins. Deletion timing is confirmed during the pilot setup, and AreaNova Group LLC will use conservative retention for diagnostic exports.
